- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I understand that the place was understaffed but it does not excuse the empolyees from being untrained, dirty, and extremely snail paced. I was asked to repeat my order 4 times. The counter had remnants of vegetables and meat all over which mixed into the trays. The cheese tray had more lettuce and tomatoes than cheese. The garbage was full and overflowing to the floor. When I asked to speak to the manager, she only got off her high horse once I mentioned it is her duty to roll up her sleeves and help if understaffed, and not sit in her office.
